Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

​Online orders are processed and delivered from our roastery located in Toronto, Ontario using Canada Post.

​We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping for all orders over $50 CAD. ​

For your reference below are estimates of package arrival once packed and ready for delivery within Canada:​

• Ontario – 2-3 business days

• Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia + Prince Edward Island, Quebec – 4-5 business days

• British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan + Newfoundland – 5-6 business days

• Northwest Territories, Yukon + Nunavut – 7+ days

 Please be aware rural or remote addresses may require additional day(s) for delivery.
